Imagine how much healthier we’d be if we infused our foods with our own loving intentions…from shopping, to preparing, to cooking, to eating. I read a study years ago (I wish I could find it now) about two groups of lab animals that were fed the exact same “unhealthy” diet. One group was fed the food with little or no human interaction. The other group was fed with positive interaction from their humans. Guess which group of animals was healthier even though they ate the exact same food?
Here’s to infusing our food with good vibes!

There are many belief systems that support the concept that what we think (whether conscious or not) is what becomes our reality. If you want to be clear what your belief systems are, then just look at your life. Your outer reality is crafted by your inner self. The good news is we are masters of our universe, the bad news is our conscious awareness is a tiny fraction of our total capacity to know. Deepak Chopra articulates the scale of possibility in this post … mind boggling to say the least!
I am excited the science community is studying the concept of the law of attraction and the power of intention. I’d love to see the scientific proof of my beliefs some day…I feel hopeful the science community is getting closer and closer.
At any rate, the reason for my post today is to share a five part series from NPR called The Science of Spirituality. Check it out!
